I ask to cancel this service and they said No within 18 hours. Then my first lead was a dead end with no answer and no return call. **** was great in the beginning util the sent me 1 lead and charged me for someone looking for a service we don't even offer. We tried this waste of a time scam of a company to be honest. We are a 5-star rated roofing company that don't need leads although a few would be a great bonus and to extend out our coverage. IN the beginning, first 24 hours seemed great with all their sales hype and the soon to be broken promises. Requests to speak to management go unanswered. Very simple request to improve the page go unanswered. Theres very little concern for contrators suggestions to improve the relationship between contractors and Networx site management. the reviews on **********.com are some of the worst I've seen, but not uncommon from those about Angies, and others. Yet they will charge you for a lead where the requesting party has no authority and refuse credit when the project cant be completed. Like moste they have an online app for customers, theres absolutely no interactions with clients and the questionaire is severly lacking for verification of customers authority to initiate a project.
Over all networx give very little attention to their contractor clients. I truly believe they've created these **** calls to fleece contractors of fees in a declining economy and service calls from potential clients. I've recieved several bogus leads over the time but recently they've refused to credit canceled request and want to argue about leads where no one answers multiple calls over a period of days. I've made request for credit on a canceled project from a person who didn't own the property and had no authority to do any work at the time of request. Very Poor Relations I've been with Networx Pro off and on since 2019 with reasonable results, until recently.
